Opened in October 2018, Sunrise Hotel sets a new standard for hospitality and comfort for pilgrims, tourists and visitors to Bethlehem in the Holy Land. Our lobby is naturally-lit through full-paneled windows and includes comfortable waiting areas. Close to the lobby there is a street-facing Coffee Shop opened all day and at night transforms into a hidden and elegant cocktail bar in the back.

Sunrise Hotel Dining hall merges authentic Middle Eastern culture with top culinary influences from across the globe. Our local executive chef, with more than 12 years experience, creates exceptionally delicious and unique dining experiences with only the freshest local ingredients. 

We also provide a Conference room for all your special events. From executive conferences, board meetings, gatherings and/or international conventions. Our hotel is pleased to provide you with an overview on available audiovisual devices.

Our front-desk staff are professionally-trained local residents highly skilled in the tourism and hospitality industry. Main languages spoken but not limited include English, Spanish, Italian and French.
